Wow! Just wow! I tin't believe I hit the jack pot on my shot out the gate! This is my start job e'er and I couldn't take asked for a amend one! The pay is fantastic. The people are great. Managers are squeamish and genuinely intendance. Once again, just wow! I've heard so many horror stories from my friends about their jobs and the people that they work with and my feel couldn't be more than unlike.

Cons

I'd be hard pressed to think of even i thing I don't like about working here. It's fantastic and I can't retrieve of anything, and then I'k not going to force information technology.

Pros

First-class training seminars by manufacturers of merchandise sold. We were trained on all the products sold in our department. Client Service was a #1 priority. It may have entailed more piece of work for Sales and Management but their high standards for customer satisfaction (which included production specs, how tos, cons & pros...) jived with my own piece of work ideals. Hence in that location was no conflict of values/morals. I worked here in between jobs and I would recommend it to anyone who is passionate about working hard for a company that rightfully prides themself on customer satisfaction and professionally trained staff. Well stock more often than not was in a category past itself, Young and Unmotivated.

Cons

The hours were long and on your feet all day. Every other week had aforementioned schedule. Every week only had a minimum of one 8 hour day, two 10 hours days and two 12 hour days. Weekly or biweekly Sat early am meeting whether off or working. One of schedules worked both Sabbatum. & Lord's day. The other schedule maybe off Saturday or Sun, if lucky both. Worked all holidays less XMAS & Thanksgiving, simply everyone worked everyday in betwixt those 2 days off and long hours each day. When store was very busy other sales workers would often walk into another's sale. If able to quietly get coworker to walk away that would exist fine. More often than not with client in your presence and needing to be professional An accede to the intrusive behavior was the road taken. This meant that the sale would be written every bit executed by 2 and not only would both parties be credited with the sale just whatsoever committee would too be split by them. It may seem small but in forepart of customers ,imo, is not the identify to encourage aggressive sales competition. I would advise if any sales person need aid they request the manager who can non split up sales.
